Our mission and solum prayer is to work tirelessly to enhance the quality of life for individuals with Down syndrome through educational fitness, sports programs, and advocacy efforts. Those with Down Syndrome are human beings that deserve a fighting chance and by coming together we can create a place of equality for impacted individuals around the world through our Fitness-4-Downs (F4D) organization.
